Eichhorst and Koch Take Top Honors at Recent Competition

The Geography Department would like to issue the heartiest congratulations to two of the department's students;  Jean Eichhorst took 1st place in the Graduate Paper competition at the Great Plains/Rocky Mountain Regional meeting in Kearney, Nebraska October 3rd. Eichhorst's paper was titled "Water, Climate, and Compact Compliance for the Republican River."  Martin Koch took 3rd place for his paper which was titled "Downstream Effects: How Water Conservation Policy Flows From State to Municipal Government"  and was also a top finisher in the GeoBowl.
